Terms & Conditions
TIARAWA products are sold to adult purchasers, including parents, guardians, teachers and authorised educators. Children must not create purchasing accounts or place orders.
Digital products
TIARAWA products are supplied digitally unless a product page states otherwise. Access is granted only after confirmed payment. Customers must provide a valid email address for delivery and account recovery.
Permitted use
Purchases are licensed for the personal, household or classroom use stated on the product page. Products may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded to file-sharing services or redistributed as standalone files.
Immediate delivery
By requesting immediate access at checkout, the purchaser asks TIARAWA to begin digital delivery after payment confirmation and acknowledges the digital-product refund information displayed before purchase.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe or another enabled provider. TIARAWA does not store raw card details. Taxes may be calculated by the payment provider where configured and applicable.
Launch review required
This is a technical launch draft and must be reviewed and completed with the legal business name, registered address, governing law, refund terms and contact details before live sales begin.
